What is the R&A Rules Academy?
The R&A’s Rules Academy is a free online course that covers Etiquette and the most frequently occurring Rules of Golf. It is aimed at teaching golfers of all abilities and ages these fundamentals. It features videos, images and diagrams of Rules situations and includes revision questions after each section. Users are guided through the course by either Padraig Harrington or Suzann Pettersen, both R&A Working for Golf Ambassadors and at the end of the course there is the opportunity to take The R&A’s Level 1 Exam.
The Rules Academy is available at www.RandA.org/RulesAcademy
Why do it?
A better understanding of Etiquette and the basic Rules of the game can help every golfer increase their enjoyment of the game. The online course should take no more than a couple of hours to complete and it can be taken when you want and where you want.
Is it any good?
